Developed to address the issues of sensor resistance deviation and batch parameter differences, equipped with a high-definition visual alignment system and precision servo transmission structure, using laser micro repair technology to accurately correct the strain gauge resistance value from the initial value to the target value, and calibrate the zero point and sensitivity parameters. Effectively compensating for material and process errors, making the output performance of products in the same batch tend to be unified. The equipment performance indicators can be benchmarked against the high-precision production requirements of military, medical, and humanoid robot sensors and strain gauges. Customized resistance adjustment programs can be used for irregular materials, and production data can be archived and traced.
